From daily specials and signature dishes like Fettuccine Tartufo, Pollo Parmigiana and Scampi di Gamberi, to the house-made breads, desserts, cocktails, and yes, even the limoncello, Vivi Pizzeria showcases a flavorful lunch and dinner menu with a variety of local and Italian-imported ingredients.
Crisp produce and hearty vegetables are hand selected from area farmers’ markets while the seafood arrives in fresh from sustainable fisheries, particularly Alaska and Washington, such as Taylor Shellfish. Robust cheeses, cannolis and gelatos, meanwhile, fly in from Italy. Chef Giuseppe, who’s been working the kitchens for more than 20 years, has his family in Sicily importing Forte Organic Olive Oil to the restaurant for an added touch.
Nestled beside Patterson Cellars and Gorman Winery, Vivi stands behind their claim with an impressive 1,000 wine bottle collection that spans the globe, with most coming from Washington and Italy. There’s also plenty of beers on tap along with daily wine specials that feature Washington wines made in small, limited quantities.
